Every effort will be made to deliver and pickup within 8 hours of the day of delivery or pickup, Monday through Friday. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups. If you need the unit at a specific time, we highly recommend you request delivery for the previous day.

Please note that we do not have specific pickup times, only scheduled days. Our trucks are scheduled to pick up for every customer on the route on the scheduled day and if we miss one, we will correct this as soon as possible. And if your scheduled pickup day fell on a holiday, your pick up might be scheduled for the following day.

The equipment furnished here under by Porta Potty Service shall remain the property of Porta Potty Service, however, Customer acknowledges that it has care, custody and control of the equipment while at the Customer's location and accepts responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear or for loss or damage resulting from Porta Potty Service's handling of the equipment) and for its contents. Customer agrees not to overload (by weight or volume), move or alter the equipment, and shall use the equipment only for its proper and intended purpose. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Porta Potty Service against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property arising out of Customer's use, operation or possession of the equipment.

Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day. If the equipment is inaccessible so that the scheduled pick up cannot be made, Porta Potty Service will promptly notify the Customer and afford the Customer a reasonable opportunity to provide the access and reschedule the service, however, Porta Potty Service will charge an additional fee for Customer's failure to provide initial access.

Customers must provide unobstructed access to the unit at all times, including adequate space and clear pathways for our service team. If the unit is blocked, inaccessible, or deemed unsafe for servicing on the scheduled day, our drivers will be unable to perform maintenance. In such cases, the unit will not be serviced until the next regularly scheduled visit.

Due to uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Porta Potty Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns or walks, wells and septic systems. It is the customer's responsibility to make Porta Potty Service aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the Potty. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups.

Neither party hereto shall be liable for its failure to perform or delay performance here under due to circumstances or the significant threat of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to strikes, labor trouble, riots, compliance with laws or government orders, acts of war or terrorism, inability to access potty, fires, and acts of god and such failure shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.

Customer shall pay Direct Rental Service for cancellation fee, Trip charges or Relocation charges that were not prepaid by Customer, in accordance with the schedule of charges.

Cancellations made to any approved order are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations or changes made 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the scheduled service date are subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may result in no refunds.

If the requested service needs to be canceled, the customer needs to indicate the cancellation request in writing via email. Customer is responsible for the full amount on any invoice not returned with a written request for cancellation.

All refund, compensation, and/or credit requests must occur within 30 days of service completion. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Porta Potty Service.

Customers or visitors who have subscribed to our mailing list will occasionally receive information on products, or services, and discounts. We do not contact subscribers by any other means.

Occasionally, we may send our e-mail subscribers information on web site updates and/or urgent information.

As part of its products and services, Direct Rental Service may create links to third-party websites. Direct Rental Service is not responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by third-party websites that are linked to our website, nor does Direct Rental Service control or warrant the utility, merchantability, or workmanship of the products or services offered at third-party websites. Before you supply your personal information to a third-party website, whether or not the third party is a merchant, client, or partner of Direct Rental Service, you should review and understand the applicable privacy policy for that website.
